What buyers can hold us to
Trading commodities out of Ecuador is not complicated, but it is easy to do badly. These are the points our buyers judge us on.
We inspect before we pay
Someone from our side sees the goods in the plantation, at the farm or on the quay before money moves.
Documents match the container
Tally sheets, quality certificates and phytosanitary, health or catch certificates are issued for what is actually loaded.
We are there at loading
We supervise stuffing at Guayaquil, Posorja or Manta and send photographs before the vessel leaves.
Offers in writing
Every enquiry is answered with a written offer that states specification, packing, lead time and payment terms.
